The Abigail
The Abigail, named for Abigail Scott Duniway, a Portland businesswoman and activist who was instrumental in gaining voting rights for women in the State of Oregon in 1912, is a high density mixed-use development on the north end of the Pearl District. The project features a mix of market rate and affordable housing units with a focus on families with children.
The site development features three distinct courtyard spaces: A south facing “living room” featuring open space for events, seating, and storm water features that are activated in a rain event, a north facing private garden with seating, and a northeast facing playground.
